He started his investment career from 2000 to 2001 with Salomon Smith Barney as an Investment Analyst responsible for asset allocation and manager due diligence on large institutional separately managed accounts.
Mr. Richter received a BS in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
