A move to Johannesburg in 2006 saw him join the JM Busha Investment Group as a portfolio manager and shareholder.
In 2008, Prescient Investment Management established a presence in Johannesburg and approached him to head up that office primarily in a sales role, given his portfolio management experience, while he remained a member of their Investment Committee.
Given his success he was later appointed Director at Prescient shortly before setting up Balondolozi Investment Services.
He completed his Business Science degree with Honours at the University of Cape Town, majoring in Finance and Economics, in 2000.
