Mr. Paul F.
Neagle is Chief Executive Officer at Thomas Miller Investment Ltd.
He joined the Thomas Miller Group in 1981 after 5 years in shipping with Mitsui OSK Lines in London.
He was seconded to the TT Club where he worked in a variety of claims management and underwriting roles before becoming the Club's first Chief Executive in 1999, a position he held for 10 years.
A former equity partner in the business since 1994, he was appointed to the Thomas Miller Holdings Board upon incorporation in 1999.
After 28 years of service to the TT Club, he changed roles to become head of the expanding Thomas Miller Investment business, succeeding Brian Sheppard upon his retirement from that role.
Mr. Neagle holds an MA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from Trinity College, Oxford, and is professionally qualified as a Chartered Shipbroker.
