Mr.Hartz joined Updata Partners in 2009.
Prior to joining Updata Partners, Mr. Hartz worked as a Senior Analyst in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Montgomery & Co., where he provided strategic advisory services to growth-stage companies.
While at Montgomery, Mr. Hartz focused on transaction sourcing and execution in the software and technology-enabled services sectors.
His experience includes private placement and merger and acquisition transactions.
Mr. Hartz holds an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College.
