Prior to joining Cowen, she held various investment banking and research positions at Robert Fleming, Inc., Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. and Citibank International.
Ms. Crowell received a BA degree in Psychology from Wellesley College and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
