Mooryati Soedibyo was the founder of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (founded in 1975) where she served as the President Director from 1978 to 2011.
She is also the founder and current Chairman of the Indonesian Spa Association (founded in 1999) and the Puteri Indonesia Foundation (founded in 1992).
Currently, Dr. Soedibyo holds multiple positions including Chairman of CIDESCO Section Indonesia since 2000, President Director of PT Mustika Ratu Centre, President Director of PT Mustika Princess Hotel, President Director of PT Mustika Ratubuana International, President Director of Taman Sari Royal Heritage SpA, and President Director of PT Mustika Ratu Investama.
Dr. Soedibyo obtained a doctorate degree from the University of Indonesia in 2007 and a graduate degree from Universitas Sebelas Maret in 2003.
