Dr. Slavnov graduated from Pedagogical State University in Moscow (as a teacher of history, social science and law); received a degree in economics and his PhD from the Russian Correspondence Institute of Textiles and Light Industry; he received a qualification of Personnel Manager from the President of Russia’s Institute for Advanced Training for Public Servants, majoring in Personnel Management for Financial Service Providers; he also received a qualification of Personnel Manager and majored in Social Aspects of Personnel Policy at the School for Managers at Kvant NPO.
In 1990-1992, Dr. Slavnov was at the helm of an expert Consultant Division of Nortex JV, a Canadian-Soviet joint venture, served as a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Personnel at Zodchii KB in 1992-1993, and as a Deputy General Director for Personnel at Sonik AOZT in 1993-1994.
Since 1994, he has been Director of Human Resources at Aton Capital Group.
Starting in 2000, Dr. Slavnov has been rated by Kariera magazine as one of Russia’s 30 best HR managers.
