He and his team were nationally recognized as a market leader in providing reinsurance solutions for the leading insurance companies involved in the US surety market.
In 2002, he became an Executive Vice President, and in 2005 he became the Northeast Regional Production Manager, and finally, he became the National Production Director in 2006.
In his role as National Production Director, Mr. Parker was responsible for all production efforts in the United States with oversight and strategic control over 100 production-oriented brokers.
From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Parker was employed at Wilcox Inc. as a reinsurance broker where he specialized in insurance products related to the construction industry as well as a variety of financial reinsurance products that were developed to support the capital needs of insurance companies.
From 1984 to 1986, Mr. Parker was a Relationship Manager in the Corporate Finance Department at Bankers Trust Company in New York.
He began his career at Johnson & Higgins in 1979 where he ultimately concentrated in the insurance needs of financial institutions.
Mr. Parker earned his B.A.
with honors in US History at Middlebury College.
He is a 2012 graduate of Harvard Business School’s OPM program.
