Prior to joining ASB Capital management in 1989, Mr. Potts worked at Spaulding & Slye and Carey Winston Company as a property manager.
He received his BA from Lynchburg College in Virginia, his MBA from the University of Miami, and Graduate Certificate in Real Estate and Urban Development from The American University in DC.
His memberships include the Institute of Real Estate Management, DC Board of Real Property Assessments and Appeals, Building Owners and Managers Association, the Appraisal Institute (Affiliate Member), and the ASTM Environmental Committee.
