Riggle is a Co-Director of Research at Asset Preservation Advisors, Inc. As APA’s co-director of Research, he co-manages APA’s Credit Research Committee, and conducts portfolio analytics and investment research on state and local bond issuers.
Additionally, he serves as a member of APA’s Investment Committee, tracking industry trends, and providing insight to help guide the Firm’s investment approach.
He began his career in the investment management industry in 2004 as an investment consultant at Morgan Stanley before joining Asset Preservation Advisors (APA) in 2006.
He earned his MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller College of Business, and is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Florida Business School.
He is a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and the Southern Municipal Finance Society.
