Ms. Wade joined Arque Capital in December 2008 when the firm acquired Fox & Company.
She started with Fox & Company in 1996 as Accounting Supervisor and later became Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations and then President, Ms. Wade holds the Series 7, 66, 24 and 28 licenses and will be obtaining the 4 and 52 as well as the NASD CRCP Certificate in the future.
She is very familiar with both NASD, SEC and State Regulatory guidelines participating in each on-site and independent audit.
In 2004, she obtained registration with the SEC to open the Advisor Division at Fox & Company.
