Mark Rosen was a Director of Orange County Transportation Authority until December 2008.

He was a Board Member of the Team of Advocates for Special Kids from 1995 to 1997 and the Garden Grove Community Foundation.
Mr. Rosen graduated from the UCLA Law School and the University of California at Berkeley.
