From 1995 through 1999 he was Vice President and Product Manager with Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management in San Diego, California.
From 1990 through 1995 he was Vice President and Research Analyst with Smith Barney Consulting Group in Wilmington, Delaware.
Mr. Troy is a graduate of East Carolina University and attended the University of Delaware’s Graduate School of Business.
