Prior to joining OFI Institutional in 2006, Ms. Han was employed by our affiliate, Babson Capital, since 1994 where she held the position of Managing Director/Associate Portfolio Manager for the Fundamental Small Cap Relative Value Strategy since 1999 and the Small Cap Value Strategy since its inception in 2003.
Previously, Ms. Han served as an Investment Banker at Bear Stearns, a Sales and Trading Associate at Chemical Bank, and a Financial Planning Analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Ms. Han holds an A.B.
from Vassar College and an M.B.A.
from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
