Marc Everett joined S2 Capital in 2014 and now serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Manager and is a member of its Executive Management team.
Marc was the first executive hire for the S2 Group and has been instrumental in scaling the company’s operations, asset management and construction platforms.
He has overseen $497 million in capex improvements across 44,000 units.
He manages all respective business plan executions and dispositions for the assets.
He has helped execute $2.2 billion in dispositions on over 19,000 units, as well as over $1 billion of refinance volume during his time with the S2 Group.
Marc graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in Finance.
Marc is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and was a member of the 2021 Associate Leadership Council (ALC).
