Prior to joining Fifth Street in 2004, Mr. Goodman was with Triax Capital Advisors, a consulting firm that provides management and financial advisory services to distressed companies.
He was also president of Cross River Consulting, Inc. Prior to Cross River, Mr. Goodman was with the law firms of Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel LLP and Otterbourg, Steindler, Houston & Rosen, P.C.
Mr. Goodman is a member of the board of Tesia Corporation, which provides claims processing and related services to insurance companies, dentists and doctors.
Mr. Goodman graduated from Cardozo Law School and has a BA in Economics.
He sits on the board of Tesia Corporation and is Fifth Street's board representative for Jan-Pro Franchising, Inc., Rostra Tool Company, and Huron, Inc.
