She was also Vice President of Kodak Ventures Group, where she built the team responsible for analyzing investments and negotiating and structuring deals; in addition, she managed Kodak’s multi-million dollar venture capital portfolio.
Ms. Pugliese holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and corporate accounting from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School.
Her undergraduate degree is in mathematical economics from Colgate University.
