Edge Asset Management, Inc. (Edge) is an independent mutual fund management firm headquartered in Seattle, Washington. It was founded in 1939 as Bond Research Corp. and became WM Advisors, Inc. in 1998. The firm was acquired by Principal Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: PFG) and rebranded as Edge Asset Management in 2006. Edge offers a broad array of equity strategies through sub-advised portfolios, separate accounts, insurance company separate accounts, separately managed accounts (SMA), and collective investment trusts (CIT).

UBS Securities LLC is an investment bank and registered broker/dealer headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded in 1998 as UBS Warburg LLC. They are a subsidiary of UBS Americas Holding LLC, ultimately held by UBS Group AG (SWX: UBSG, NYSE: UBS) in Switzerland.
