Joe is a well-respected financial manager with a strong track record of success.
He is currently the Financial Advisor to Fortemedia Inc. He was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Celestry Design Technologies, an iGlobe portfolio company acquired by Cadence Design Systems.
Prior to Celestry, Joe was the Chief Financial Officer of GRIC Communications (NASDAQ: GRIC), where he helped lead the company through its successful IPO.
He was also the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of VeriFone Inc. (NYSE: VFI), serving as a key member of the management team selected to lead VeriFone's US$1.3 billion acquisition by Hewlett-Packard in 1997.
Before that, he spent 20 years in a number of senior financial positions at Hewlett-Packard.
Joe began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen and is a certified public accountant in the State of California.
