Jonathan was a CIHR Post-doctoral Fellow at the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer, Université de Montréal, received his MBA from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University and his PhD from McGill University.
Additionally, he co-founded Ryne Biotechnology, an iPSC-focused neurodegeneration company in San Diego and serves in various advisory roles for the International Society of Cell and Gene Therapy (ISCT) and Creative Destruction Lab.
Jonathan enjoys backcountry camping and hiking and serves as a director of a non-profit organization that provides outdoor educational programming to inner-city children to help foster self-confidence, resilience, and a deep connection with nature.
