He began his career in the tax departments of the accounting firms of Main Hurdman & Company and Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
Mr. Splain is a licensed Ohio attorney and a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
He received his B.A.
and M.B.A.
degrees from Xavier University and his J.D.
from Northern Kentucky University.
