Prior to joining Katalyst, Mr. Karabees was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for LPG USA, a manufacturer of advanced medical devices.

From 1987 through 1999, Mr. Karabees held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Data Net Corporation, a Florida-based manufacturer of enterprise-wide software and hardware solutions.
Mr. Karabees is a graduate of California State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
