Mr. Manning joined Energy Investors Funds in 2007 in the role of Director of Tax and Assistant Controller.
He joins the firm with over 15 years of tax and accounting experience.
Mr. Manning spent the past twelve years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Boston office where he most recently served as a Tax Director.
During his time at PwC, Mr. Manning’s clients included private equity firms and corporations in a variety of industries, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and transaction related tax matters.
Mr. Manning received his M.B.A.
from the University of Notre Dame and his B.S.
in Finance from Providence College.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
