AMP Capital Investors Ltd. (AMPCI) is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of AMP Capital Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by financial group AMP Ltd. (ASX: AMP) in Australia. Founded in 1849 as the non-profit Australian Mutual Provident Society, the group is an Australian superannuation provider and asset manager. The firm is headquartered in Sydney with additional offices in New Zealand, Dubai, China, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, UK and the US. They were one of the first to invest in infrastructure when they participated in the financing of the Sydney Harbour Tunnel in 1988. AMPCI is a socially responsible investor which manages a range of unlisted and listed infrastructure investments in Asia, Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand as well as life insurance, institutional and mutual funds for the AMP group.

Ankura Capital Pty Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BNY Mellon Asset Management, the global asset management arm of the Bank of New York Mellon. Formerly known as WestLB Mellon Asset Management Australia Pty Ltd., Ankura was previously a subsidiary of a joint venture between WestLB AG and Mellon Financial Corp. The Bank of New York merged with Mellon Financial in 2007. Headquartered in Sydney, Ankura was founded in 1995 and rebranded in 2009. The firm provides investment management services to institutional clients, primarily Australian.
