Mr. Sieberts joined Washington Capital Management in 2003.
Previously, he was hired by First National Bank of Alaska in 1968 spending most of his time in consumer lending and was responsible for establishing the Master Charge credit card system in Alaska.
In 1975, he was hired by National Bank of Alaska and managed its commercial real estate department until he retired from Wells Fargo Bank in 2003.
He currently sits on the board of Alaska Pacific University where he is the chairman of the finance committee.
He also sits on the board of the Anchorage Community Development Authority where he chairs the finance committee.
Mr. Sieberts graduated from the University of Oregon in 1967 with a degree in business administration.
He is an enthusiastic pilot and owns a Super Cub.
He loves flying, golfing, fishing, hunting, and snow machining.
He spends as much time as possible in rural Alaska.
