Mr. Brown joined Clifford Swan in November 2007.
Prior to that, he served as Controller for Pilgrim Place in Claremont, a not-for-profit retirement community; was a Vice President and Trust Office for Terre Haute First National Bank in Indiana; and worked for the accounting firm of Ernst and Ernst as a supervisor serving both audit and tax clients including not-for-profit organizations, financial institutions and investment companies.
He has extensive background in trust administration and tax issues as well as financial accounting.
Mr. Brown earned Bachelor of Science degree with High Distinction with Major in Accounting, from Indiana University in 1975.
He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
