Mr. James P.
Welsh is Vice President & Trust Officer at Indiana Trust & Investment Management Co. Prior to joining Indiana Trust & Investment Management Company in March 2002, Mr. Welsh worked for a bank in Elkhart County, where he served as a Wealth Advisor (July 1991 through February 2002), Management Trainee (June 1990 through June 1991), and Credit Analyst (September 1988 through May 1990).
Mr. Welsh has been active in numerous community-based civic and business organizations.
He currently serves on the Michiana Estate Planning Council, the Estate Planning Council of Elkhart County, the Elkhart Rotary Club, the Samaritan Awards Council, and the Notre Dame Alumni Club of St. Joseph County.
In May 1988, Mr. Welsh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Notre Dame.
He also earned the Certified Trust & Financial Advisor designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers in July 2003.
