Prior to joining us, Mr. Mozingo served as the controller of Orbital Imaging Corporation, a satellite imaging company which filed a voluntary petition of reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal bankruptcy code in April 2002, from 1998 to 2000.
Prior to that, Mr. Mozingo was a senior manager at Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Mozingo is a certified public accountant and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from William & Mary in 1985.
