James M.
Gibson is an Operating Advisor to Liberty Hall, serves as Chairman of the Board of Accurus Aerospace Corporation (formerly served as CEO) and has more than 35 years of aerospace industry experience.
Prior to joining Liberty Hall in May 2013 and Accurus at its formation in November 2013, he was Executive Vice President of Business Development for Synchronous Aerospace Group, an aerostructures supplier, where he was responsible for new business development and strategy.
During his career, Mr. Gibson also served in a number of management positions at GKN Aerospace, including President of GKN Aerospace Transparency Systems Inc., Chief Operating Officer of GKN’s Aerospace Special Products Group and Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Strategy for GKN’s Aerostructures Division.
He has also worked for TRW Aerospace, Rolls-Royce and Lucas Aerospace.
Mr. Gibson is a licensed pilot and aircraft mechanic.
