He is a Member of the Fort Wayne Rotary Club, Taylor University, the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission Foundation, and the First Missionary Church.
Previously, Mr. Blum was a Director and Chairman of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies.
Mr. Blum received a BS degree in Business Administration from Butler University.
