Douglas Grant has been a Director of Plug Power, Inc. since 2002 and Founder of Sceptre Investment Counsel Limited.
He was Chairman of Sceptre Investment Counsel from 1986 to 2003, Chief Executive Officer from 1976 to 1990 and a Director from 1971 to 2006.
Mr. Grant was appointed President of the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts in 1974 and was a Director of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan until December 2006.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Mr. Grant received a BA degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Toronto.
