Mr. Hirofumi Imaji is Executive Director at Mezzanine Corp.
He has more than 23 years of investment banking and capital markets experience in Tokyo and New York, where he arranged over 150 leveraged, corporate, and structured finance transactions for a wide range of clients.
He has contributed to the development of the syndicated loan market in Japan since its inception in 1999.
Prior to joining Mezzanine, He was Head of Global Loans and Leveraged Finance at Citigroup in Japan.
He received BA in political science from Waseda University and his MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
