Credit Suisse (Deutschland) AG (CS-Deutschland) is the German investment banking subsidiary of Credit Suisse AG, itself a subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group AG (SW: CSGN, ADR: CS) in Switzerland. Headquartered in Frankfurt, the firm was founded in 1997 and provides a range of financial products and investment advisory services including securities underwriting, placement services, privately negotiated equity investments to institutional, corporate, government, and individual customers worldwide.

Credit Suisse Asset Management Kapitalanlage GmbH (CSAM-D) is the wholly-owned German asset management arm of Credit Suisse (Deutschland) AG, ultimately owned by Zurich-based Credit Suisse Group (VX: CSGN). Based in Frankfurt, the firm was originally established in 1988 as SKA Investment GmbH. In 1997 they were restructured and they joined CSAM, a firm regrouping all the asset management companies of the group. In 2006 CSAM fully integrated their banking business, which now operates under a single Credit Suisse brand. As a result the brand name Credit Suisse Asset management is no longer in use.

The Capital Group Cos., Inc. provides investment management services. The firm manages and underwrites mutual funds in the American Funds family group and provides other financial services. It serves the institutions, consultants, financial advisors, intermediaries, and individual investors. The company was founded by Jonathan Bell Lovelace in 1931 and is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.
