Profil

Mr. Haresh Bathija’s primary role at Reliance Technology Ventures Ltd.
is to understand market segments in the Technology, Media and Telecommunication space, with the aim to identify and evaluate likely opportunities from a potential investment objective.
Prior to joining RTVL, he has over 12 years of experience in the field of marketing and product management, of which the last 7 years had been spent being part of India’s booming telecom industry.
His prior work experience includes Tata Teleservices Limited, where he was instrumental in turning around the post paid mobile business and launching India’s first Push-to-talk service.
As part of the corporate product team, he was responsible for driving the enterprise vertical business.
His other experiences have been with Zip Telecom limited, where he was instrumental in marketing Zipfones - India’s first private payphone service.
Earlier to this, his stint at Associated Breweries, a United Breweries Group company, had him spearheading the launch of San Miguel beer in India.
Haresh started his career with Arvind Mills and was a key member of the team which created and launched a whole new category in the denim wear segment – the world’s first branded ready-to-stitch jeans pack.
He has an MBA from S.P.
Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
