Amundi Austria GmbH is the wholly-owned Austrian asset management subsidiary of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by Rue de la Boetie SAS's Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA, ADR: CRARY) in France. Formerly known as BAWAG P.S.K. INVEST GmbH, the firm was founded in 2001 as the result of a merger between Bawag Invest GmbH and PSK Invest. Headquartered in Vienna, Amundi Austria provides retail, institutional and corporate clients with innovative investment strategies and solutions tailored to their needs, targeted outcomes and risk profiles.

Pioneer Investments Austria GmbH (PIA) is the Austrian asset management arm of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by Rue de la Boetie's Credit Agricole SA (XP: ACA; ADR; CRARY) in France. The firm dates to 1956 when Creditanstalt established Österreichische Investment Gesellschaft, which merged with Bank Austria’s investment company in 1998 and became Pioneer Investments Austria in 2006. PIA is headquartered in Vienna and manages mutual funds, pension funds and funds of funds for institutional clients and private individuals. They are a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Nation Principles for Responsible Investment and aim to create sustainable value for their clients, employees, local communities and shareholders.
