Prior to entering investment banking, he spent six years as a consultant with Harlan Brown & Company, a Washington, DC-based strategic advisory firm assisting clients in the assessment of acquisition opportunities and new business development initiatives.
Mr. Tofil received his BA in Economics from The College of William & Mary and his MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Financial Management and Accounting.
