Mr. Fitterer served as the Controller of Acuo Technologies from May 2004 to May 2005 before being promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer in June 2005.
He also is Chief Financial Officer of Jundt Associates, Inc. since May 2002, Treasurer for the Jundt and American Eagle Mutual Funds since May 2002 and the Chief Compliance Officer for the Jundt and American Eagle Mutual Funds since July 2004.

Mr. Fitterer, a certified public accountant, began his career in 1990 with KPMG LLP and also spent one year as the corporate controller of Pet Food Warehouse, Inc .
