Dr. Geoffrey Lauprete is a Vice Chairman & Chief Investment Officer at WorldQuant LLC.
He oversees WorldQuant's investment research, investment strategy, risk management and capital allocation, as well as the development and deployment of the firm’s back-testing software.
Prior to joining WorldQuant in 2007, Mr. Lauprete was a Portfolio Manager at Millennium Management and a Quantitative Analyst at Deutsche Bank.
He holds a Ph.D.
in Operations Research from MIT and a BS in Physics from Tufts University.
