Mr. Swiman joined Evercore in November 2006 after spending years at Merrill Lynch as Director in Regulatory Affairs in the Office of General Counsel, and six years at Nomura Securities as Head of Corporate Audit and Deputy Director of Compliance.
Previously Mr. Swiman spent several years at Price Waterhouse as a manager in their regulatory/broker-dealer practice.
Mr. Swiman has a degree in Accounting from Hofstra University and a law degree from Fordham University.
Mr. Swiman also has his CPA certification and holds the following securities licenses: Series 7, 8, 3, 4, 14, 16, 24, 27, 53, 63 and 65.
