Prior to that, he worked as a Registered Representative within Schwab Retirement Plan Services.
Mr. Foutz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
He is also a former Series 7 and Series 63 license holder.
He currently holds the Series 3 license.
