Mr. Suozzo joined Alliance Capital in 1996 from SG Warburg, where he was a Managing Director and spent six years covering the bank and financial services industries.
Prior to Warburg, he worked in a similar capacity at First Boston for five years and spent one year as an analyst in Metropolitan Life’s venture capital unit.
Before attending business school, he spent four years with the New York City Office of the Comptroller as a policy analyst.
Mr. Suozzo is a former president of the Bank & Financial Analysts Association.
He received his BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his MBA from Columbia University.
