Valartis Asset Management SA (Private Equity) (VAM-PE) is the private equity investment division of Valartis Asset Management SA. The firm is based in Geneva, Switzerland, with offices in Zurich and Moscow. They are part of the Valartis Group AG (SW: VLRT) which is structured into three business divisions: asset management, wealth management and investment banking.

Valartis Asset Management SA (VAM) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Valartis Group AG (SWX: OZH). Formerly known as MC Trustco and later MCT Asset Management, VAM was established in 1996 within Marcuard Cook & Cie and is located in Geneva and Zurich with research offices in their Moscow base and other field offices. The firm was created to focus on the emerging markets of Eastern Europe, Russia and the former Soviet Union. VAM manages a variety of products in multiple asset classes for private, institutional and retail investors.
