Vega Investment Managers SA (VEGA IM) is the private banking subsidiary of Natixis Wealth Management SA, ultimately owned by BPCE SA in France. The firm was founded when Natixis Multimanager and 1818 Gestion merged in 2013. VEGA IM designs tailor-made financial solutions for individual, institutional and corporate clients through its three fundamental businesses: Collective Management, Mandate Management and Fund Selection in open architecture. They are headquartered in Paris and are Groupe BPCE’s wealth management expertise center. VEGA IM is a signatory of the PRI , Principles for Responsible Investment initiated by the United Nations and has joined the Responsible Investment Committee of AFG in the Sustainable Finance committee.

1818 Gestion SA (1818 Gestion) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Vega Investment Managers SA, ultimately owned by Natixis SA (PA: KN) in France. The firm originated in 1997 and was reorganized in 2004. The current entity represents the combined asset management activities of Compagnie 1818 Banquiers Privés SA and Banque Privée Saint Dominique SA, merged in 2009. Based in Paris, 11818 Gestion manages assets on behalf of Banque Privée 1818, as well as a range of mutual funds (SICAVs and FCPs) and discretionary accounts for institutional investors and private individuals.
