Mr. Eric R.
Tesche is on the Board of Directors at Ambassador Financial Group, Inc. He provides fixed income investment services to banks, insurance companies, and other middle-market institutions.
He is also involved in the strategic direction and management of the firm.
Mr. Tesche works with senior management teams of financial institutions to develop detailed strategic balance sheet restructuring plans tailored to institutions’ corporate planning goals.
He works closely with his customers to develop and execute investment portfolio strategies and also participates in ALCO facilitation for his clients and discusses trends in the economy, interest rates and banking issues.
Prior to joining Ambassador in 2006, Mr. Tesche spent 10 years as a senior bank analyst with a boutique registered broker/dealer located in the Lehigh Valley, PA.
He specialized in analyzing community banks’ financial statements for past performance, current position, and future potential.
Mr. Tesche advised senior management and boards of directors on specific strategies and tactics to enhance shareholder value.
He also analyzed banks’ investment portfolios and made recommendations to maximize their balance sheets’ risk/return profiles.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Moravian College with a double major in Economics and Political Science.
He holds Series 7, 62, 63, 24 and 79 designations.
