Mr. Heith joined the New York office of American Capital in August 2000.
Prior to joining American Capital, he was a vice president at GMM Capital Partners, a private equity firm investing in management-led buyouts, owner recapitalizations, and growth opportunities of middle market companies.
Prior to GMM, Mr. Heith worked as a consultant for Stern Stewart & Company, focusing on the implementation of the Economic Value Added (EVA) framework for measuring and creating shareholder value.
Previously, he worked as a consultant for Oliver, Wyman & Company, specializing in strategic consulting and operations re-engineering for financial services companies.
Mr. Heith received his B.S.
in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A.
from The Anderson School at UCLA.
