Ms. Elaine Heller, CFA, is Partner & Relationship Manager at Coldstream Capital Management, Inc. Prior to joining Coldstream Capital Management in 2001, Ms. Heller was the senior analyst at RG Investment Advisory in Seattle, Washington.

in International Trade and Investment from the University of Washington in 1987.
She was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997.
