Mr. Edward Ramos, CFA MBA, is Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer & Lead Portfolio Manager at Cornerstone Capital Management Holdings LLC.
He is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s global fundamental equity strategies.
Previously, Mr. Ramos was a Portfolio Manager at MacKay Shields, responsible for managing the International Equity strategy.
Before MacKay Shields, he was a Portfolio Manager and head of the Global Growth team at Morgan Stanley, focused on international and global equities.
He also held the role as Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst at Brown Capital Management, where he created the investment philosophy, stock selection process and portfolio construction methodology for the international equity service.
Prior to Brown Capital Management, he was a Portfolio Manager at Templeton Investment Counsel.
While at Templeton, Mr. Ramos managed global and international equity portfolios for institutional, high net worth and retail clients.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Lehigh University, and earned a MBA in finance, accounting and international business from the Columbia Graduate School of Business, where he was a Robert Toigo Foundation fellow.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
