Dustin is the principal of business development and is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities for Capstreet.
Prior to joining Capstreet, Dustin led deal sourcing activities for Clovis Point Capital, a Houston based growth equity firm.
Dustin has spent more than 19 years in the financial services industry, and has built business development programs, created strategic proprietary outreach processes, and led all stages of deal sourcing from initial research of specific industry verticals through due diligence.
Prior to Clovis Point, Dustin worked with several banks, most recently leading Comerica Bank’s Technology and Life Sciences Group.
Dustin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
