Mr. Du joined CDH in 2022.
Mr. Du has more than 20 years of working experience in Asian investment banks.
He has initiated, led and executed a number of landmark transactions in Asia for clients, covering equity financing, debt financing, derivatives and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
From 2014 to 2022, he served as the co-head of investment banking in the Asia-Pacific region of Bank of America Merrill Lynch; from 2006 to 2014, he served as the chairman of Morgan Stanley's China investment banking business.
Before engaging in investment banking business, Mr. Du was a practicing lawyer in Hong Kong.
He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
