Patrick Kearns.
Then, in 2002, he opened his own retirement planning practice in Reston, Virginia and has spent the past four years running an independent practice through ING Financial Partners.
In 2003, he has finally reunited with his long time colleague and mentor Pat Kearns, and founded Fulcrum.
